Talk to Yourself

Without we realize, was ourselves also need to talk to. Because it turns out to taking selftalk we have given an opportunity to enrich ourselves.

According to experts, the habit of talking to oneself or self-talk has been there since we learned to talk and is part of the learning process of children. And talk to yourself, not merely in the form of dialogue with the voice. For all that comes to our brains, in fact the way we talk with ourselves.

So do not be surprised if in a minute, there are 150-300 words. That means 45-51 thousand words per day, total words that we speak every day on ourselves.

Talking to yourself will give you many advantages, including :

1. Channeling emotions: grumbling due to long wait is an example of self-talk to channelemotions. Just make sure not to get communication with yourself this only made us more upset.

2. Decision aids: All the factors that exist when we are faced with two conditions to be selected can be discussed in yourself with a more fair.

3. Know and accept yourself: Talk to yourself to make us more familiar with yourself. This will help us not be dragged into the average person, because we are more able to hear our conscience when entered in a new situation or environment.


4. Interacting with others: Talking to yourself will be the media needs consider of yourself,wondering if anyone else could meet our needs, consider the risks if there is then madereference to taking action.


5. Influence others with a healthy: Before belief of others, we have to convince yourself or something to be desired and planned. If we do not know what we want, how the bank will believe in us? So many questions to ask yourself first, and then convince others.


6. Develop self: Talking to yourself can be a medium to develop yourself, if we use a positive tone of same time we use them for transmitting emotions.
